Okozashiki-shita-no-ma is located on the northeast side of the Kōgōgū-Tsunegoten, positioned south of the Okozashiki-ue-no-ma and east of the Okesho-no-ma. The 16 sliding doors (fusuma) surrounding the room are decorated with paintings by Maruyama Ōritsu, depicting summer scenes of Shiogama Bay.
