This stone bridge is designed in the style of a Yatsuhashi, featuring two elongated stones placed in an offset arrangement. Originally, there was a earthen bridge at this location. However, in the third year of the Taisho era, it was reconstructed using stones from the Sanjo Shirakawa Bridge, resulting in the current stone structure.
